“Chai” is the Hebrew word for life and has a numerical value of 18. The number 18 is spiritually significant in Judaism. 100 x 18 (Chai) = 1,800.  

We have a candidate for President who - shockingly! -  has mocked those with special needs and others with disabilities. Normalizing that kind of cruel behavior is a slippery slope that connects back to how the Nazis treated people with special needs.  They made them among the first victims of mass killings.
